Senior Technical Operations Associate

Build automated workflows at Wealthsimple using SQL and Python to support AI Chat Platform operations from Toronto, Canada.

As a Senior Associate, Technical Operations, you will build, test, and maintain data-driven operational workflows. You will apply quality discipline, investigate failures, and translate process requirements into technical implementations. The work combines orchestration platforms, scripting, advanced SQL, and applied artificial intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain workflows using n8n, Workato, or scripting
• Define test cases and validate operational workflow releases
• Monitor failure queues and investigate regression risks
• Analyze logs and database tables with SQL and Python
• Partner with engineering and operational stakeholders on implementations

Requirements:

• One to three-plus years of relevant technical experience
• Advanced SQL using CTEs, window functions, and optimization
• Foundational Python or scripting for data manipulation
• Experience with workflow engines, APIs, or orchestration platforms
• Clear communication with engineers and business partners
