Gainsight is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Hybrid UK-based Professional Services team. You will own end-to-end onboarding and delivery lifecycle for enterprise-scale Gainsight implementations, working closely with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise software implementation, strong executive-level communication, and experience with waterfall and Agile methodologies. Travel up to 10–15% may be required.
