Senior Technical Product Manager (Salesforce)

As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and delivery of Collinson's internal integration and API ecosystem, focusing on Salesforce-connected services. You will own the integration product landscape, enabling scalable customer, operational, and commercial processes. You’ll combine product, engineering, and architecture work to guide complex integrations and ensure secure, reusable APIs. You will drive platform scalability and governance while collaborating across multiple teams to deliver cohesive outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape how systems exchange data and support transformation across the business.

• Own vision, roadmap, and prioritisation for internal APIs and Salesforce-connected integrations.
• Define API strategy aligned to transformation, efficiency, and scalability goals.
• Advise on API-first and event-driven integration approaches.
• Identify opportunities to simplify interactions, reduce technical debt, and improve data consistency.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural sustainability.
• Lead product discovery to validate opportunities and shape scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, Salesforce, and platform teams on scalable patterns and standards.
• Guide design of resilient, secure, and reusable APIs and integrations.
• Contribute to middleware, orchestration, authentication, observability, and data synchronization discussions.
• Ensure operational stability, maintainability, and scalability of integrations.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of integration initiatives across business systems.
• Prioritise integration backlogs across Salesforce and connected apps.
• Partner with engineering through discovery, design, build, test, and release phases.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, support, and operations for reliable production delivery and monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement in API performance, reliability, and data quality.
• Translate technical challenges into clear product outcomes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Act as primary product lead for internal integration capabilities and platform connectivity.

• Significant experience as Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in a complex tech environment.
• Proven delivery of internal APIs, enterprise integrations, or platform connectivity.
• Strong understanding of API architectures, microservices, middleware, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystems and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to engage deeply with engineering and architecture teams on design and delivery decisions.
• Strong understanding of data flows, interoperability, and automation of operations.
• Experience in Agile product delivery environments.
