Senior Technical Program Manager Banking

Lead complex technical programs across EQ Bank’s Digital Banking ecosystem using outcome-focused planning, risk management, and executive communication.

The Senior Technical Program Manager owns delivery from initiation through implementation, go-live, and transition. This role coordinates Engineering, Product, Business, Enterprise partners, and third parties. Success requires managing dependencies, governance, customer outcomes, reliability, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish integrated execution plans spanning teams, systems, and business domains
• Maintain program outcomes, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions
• Lead governance forums and Steering Committee discussions
• Anticipate risks affecting customer outcomes and operational readiness
• Mentor Technical Program Managers through guidance and peer review

Requirements:

• Seven or more years leading complex technology programs
• Experience across the full PDLC or SDLC
• Advanced business, technical, analytical, and problem-solving acumen
• Strong executive communication, influencing, facilitation, and collaboration skills
• Financial Services or Insurance experience preferred
