Overview
As InfoSec Technical Program Manager at Isomorphic Labs, you translate security strategy into engineering outcomes. You will lead multi-quarter security roadmaps and ensure safe collaboration across fast-moving research and regulatory contexts. You’ll protect proprietary AI models and data pipelines while enabling research velocity, partnering with engineers, ML scientists, and leadership. This role offers a chance to shape security at a frontier of digital biology and AI-driven drug discovery.

- Structure and drive multi-quarter security project roadmap, balancing long-term Cloud Security, Platform IAM, and Secure SDLC with immediate needs
- Lead high-priority initiatives such as secure regulated data transfers for drug discovery and guardrails for Agentic AI workflows
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of security projects with engineers, navigating the Alphabet/Google ecosystem and ensuring quality execution
- Educate and advocate for InfoSec across the business, acting as a product manager for capabilities, assets, responsibilities, and SLAs
- Build strong relationships with engineers, researchers, and leaders, bridging business and security to provide balanced guidance to CISO and TPM Lead
- Design automated, data-driven dashboards for visibility into program health, KPIs, and risk-reduction metrics
