Senior Technical Support Engineer – Product Expert & Mentor (Office‑Based)

Eligo Recruitment Ltd in Basingstoke is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join an established technical team. This office‑based role provides expert support to installers, engineers and customers by telephone and email.

You will become a go‑to technical expert across products, diagnose faults remotely, advise on programming and configuration, and mentor junior engineers. Monday to Friday, no travel rota, office based.
