Senior Technical Test Engineer

In this role, you will drive quality across IT product teams and change projects, shaping testing strategy and governance. You’ll coordinate testers, contribute to testing deliverables, and support delivery through both Agile and Waterfall methods. You’ll work with developers, testers, and product managers to ensure robust testing and risk-based focus on critical areas. • Deliver testing deliverables on change projects using established testing methods
• Coordinate testing activities and mentor junior testers
• Adhere to testing processes across project phases (Waterfall)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
• Analyze business and technical requirements for testing
• Prepare detailed test conditions and scripts
• Execute test scripts and record results accurately

• ISTQB or similar accreditation
• TOSCA certifications (preferred)
• Strong manual testing skills
• Experience in cross-functional product teams
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with test management/defect tracking tools (Zephyr, JIRA)
• Risk-based testing practices
• Proven experience in managing automation for testing functions/portfolio
• Automation expertise for complex, multi-platform distributed applications
• Knowledge of automation & CICD tools (Selenium, Tosca, Playwright, Jenkins, GitHub, Maven)
• Knowledge of AI & Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GitHub Co-Pilot)
