Senior Technology Delivery Lead

Lead complex technology delivery at Enercare in Markham, using technical depth and cross-team leadership to turn ideas into working solutions. This regular, full-time role reports to the Vice President.

As a senior, hands-on Delivery Lead, you will guide initiatives across products, platforms, business teams, and partners. The work calls for experience with APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, microservices, containers, architecture, security, and production operations. You will help strong teams find practical ways forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own complex technology initiatives from ideas through implementation
• Unite Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and partner teams
• Lead planning, technical discussions, dependency reviews, and problem-solving
• Identify risks early across architecture, technology, dependencies, and business context
• Coach leaders and practitioners while raising delivery standards

Requirements:

• Eight-plus years of progressive technology experience
• Five-plus years in senior leadership or delivery leadership roles
• Experience delivering complex initiatives across teams and platforms
• Technical knowledge of Java, Node.js, React.js, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps automation, secure software development, and modern engineering
