Senior Technology Operations Associate

Lead technology operations at CDEV, supporting Microsoft 365 and employee service delivery across Toronto, Ottawa, remote work, and subsidiaries. As Senior Associate, Technology Operations & Strategy Execution, you will oversee technology services, vendors, devices, collaboration tools, and operational processes. The role reports to the Head, Technology, Data and Cybersecurity, translating business needs into practical improvements. Experience with managed service providers, endpoint management, identity and access, and hybrid work environments is required. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee employee technology across devices, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and office technology Manage MSP performance, service levels, tickets, escalations, and recurring issues Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, procurement, deployment, replacement, and disposal processes Maintain dashboards, procedures, service catalogues, controls, and operational documentation Coordinate testing, communications, training, and support readiness for technology changes Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline Five to eight years in technology transformation, operations, delivery, or strategy Managed service provider, outsourced team, or vendor oversight experience Strong Microsoft 365, endpoint, identity, device lifecycle, and hybrid work knowledge ITIL or Azure/365 certification preferred; PMP an asset Bring technology operations, vendor management, and Microsoft 365 expertise to strengthen CDEV’s secure, reliable employee services.
