Senior Technology Rate Setting Analyst

At TD, this senior analyst supports the Technology Rate Setting team across Compute, Database, and Middleware services. You will partner with Service Owners, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to manage service costs, consumption, pricing, and financial performance. The work translates complex technology and financial information into actionable insights for executives and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned technology services through TBM and financial management
• Analyze TCO, variances, cost drivers, and year-over-year performance
• Develop pricing and rate-setting strategies using unit costs and volumes
• Validate consumption data supporting costing, allocations, and billing
• Provide financial reporting and insights to executives and Service Owners

Requirements:

• Strong financial and analytical acumen interpreting costs and variances
• Understanding of technology and infrastructure services
• Experience with TBM, TCO, rate setting, or cost allocation preferred
• Strong data analysis skills focused on quality and controls
• Undergraduate degree or relevant professional experience
