Senior Test Engineer

In this role you will perform electrical safety evaluations for a diverse client base, guiding projects from assessment to final reports. You’ll work with customers to verify product compliance against standards, and ensure timely delivery within Intertek’s quality framework. You’ll contribute to a global team focused on safety, quality and sustainability, using your technical mindset to translate requirements into reliable evaluations. • Perform electrical safety evaluations for clients
• Manage assigned projects within Intertek guidelines
• Assess technical documentation and processes against standard requirements
• Provide project updates to customers and management
• Complete and review evaluation test reports
• Ensure evaluations meet standards and timelines
• Provide technical support to the business
• Attend customer calls and meetings
• Ensure evaluations align with Intertek's quality system and accreditation requirements

• Relevant Electrical/Electronic formal qualifications
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, data retention systems)
• Experience with Quality Management System
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
• Background in product safety testing is desirable with knowledge of electrical safety standards (IEC/EN 62368/61558/UL62368)
