Senior Test Engineer - Cucumber, Playwright, JavaScript, SQL, Version control, Remote, 700

In this role you will build and maintain automated end-to-end tests to support rapid delivery in a changing environment. You will lead the automation strategy, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure new products and updates are thoroughly tested before release. You’ll identify quality risks and provide evidence-based insights to guide decisions, while coaching others in high‑quality automated testing practices. This role offers impact at scale by shaping an automation-first quality culture.

• Define and continually improve the automation-first testing strategy and frameworks
• Identify, assess and communicate quality risks and automation results to inform release decisions
• Test functional and non-functional aspects of complex systems across multiple technologies
• Lead by example in developing, debugging and refactoring automated tests
• Collaborate with developers to align on design, code quality and test coverage
• Partner with test analysts, product teams and UX colleagues to cover complex business scenarios
• Perform system testing (ST) and system integration testing (SIT) using automation
• Prioritize work to meet fixed deadlines and escalate risks when needed

• Strong knowledge of Cucumber, Playwright and k6
• Experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Working knowledge of C#, Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience automating tests in .NET, SQL and microservices architectures
