Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Test Lead to lead quality assuranceand testing activities across the solution delivery lifecycle. The successfulcandidate will define the overall testing strategy and oversee the developmentand execution of test plans, scenarios, scripts, defect management processes,and quality reporting activities. The role will leverage both manual andautomated testing approaches to ensure solution quality and productionreadiness.

Key Responsibilities

Test Leadership & Strategy

• Leadquality assurance and testing activities for large, complex digital orenterprise solutions.
  
• Defineand maintain the project's testing strategy and quality-managementapproach.
  

Test Planning & Execution

• Developtest plans, scenarios, scripts, procedures, and reports.
  

Defect Management & Quality Assurance

• Leaddefect triage activities and monitor defects through resolution andclosure.
  

Reporting & Communication

• Reporton testing progress, quality indicators, outstanding defects, and releaserisks.
  

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Experienceleading testing for large, complex digital or enterprise solutions.

Work Arrangement

• 5days onsite.
