Senior Test Lead

Base pay range

CA$80,000.00/yr - CA$100,000.00/yr

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SDET with expertise in OPKEY automation to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, ERP and EPM domain knowledge, and experience working on comprehensive test strategies for enterprise systems. This role demands a detail‑oriented professional capable of ensuring the highest quality of software delivery while collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks using OPKEY, focusing on functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Design, document, and execute test cases for ERP and EPM applications, ensuring end-to-end test coverage across critical business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and align test strategies with business objectives.
• Analyse test results, identify defects, and work closely with the development team for resolution.
• Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless deployments.
• Provide mentorship to team members and share best practices in automation and quality assurance.
• Leverage domain expertise in ERP and EPM systems to identify key business scenarios and edge cases for testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4+ years of hands‑on experience in software test automation.
• Hands‑on expertise with OPKEY automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and EPM systems with domain‑specific testing expertise.
• Experience integrating automation tools with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Preferred

• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Ready API, Postman) and performance testing tools (e.g., LoadNinja, JMeter).
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Hands‑on expertise with OPKEY automation tools
