Senior Test Systems Engineer | Hybrid Work

Leonardo UK is seeking a Principal Test Systems Engineer to lead the specification, design, procurement, and verification of test equipment at our Southampton facility. You will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team of Test Engineers, deliver work packages on time and within budget, and support projects with documentation and governance.

The role involves hands-on testing across optical, thermal, and electronic components, developing new test capability, and presenting at IPTs.
