Senior Tier 3 Technical Analyst – Escalation & Solutions Lead

TLC Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to join our Technical Services team in an in-office, full-time role. The analyst will serve as the final escalation point for complex issues, troubleshoot advanced infrastructure, cloud, network, and security problems, and mentor other team members.
