Senior Treasury Risk Governance Manager

As Senior Manager, Global Treasury Risk Governance and Operations, you will support consistent framework application across global operations. You will coordinate Treasury Risk Committee and Board materials, while managing independent evaluations, regulatory issues, and audit findings. Your work connects Group Treasury, Enterprise Risk, GRM Compliance, Internal Audit, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee treasury risk governance framework implementation across global operations
• Coordinate governance reviews, challenge, reporting, and committee materials
• Track regulatory issues, evaluations, audit findings, and remediation milestones
• Maintain stakeholder engagement across jurisdictions and partner functions
• Drive automation using approved artificial intelligence tools

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or related discipline
• Seven or more years in treasury risk, governance, audit, or related functions
• Strong knowledge of liquidity, interest rate risk, FTP, and capital
• Experience coordinating executive and Board reporting through timely closure
• Experience improving governance through automation, analytics, and approved artificial intelligence
