Senior Treasury Solutions Manager

Cash management leadership meets corporate banking at RBC in Ottawa, supporting clients across Ontario North and East. Travel throughout the region is required.

As Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions, you will advise complex corporate clients on RBC cash management solutions. You will manage onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption of digital solutions. The role combines revenue growth, relationship management, and tailored financial advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage revenue growth across a complex corporate client portfolio
• Coordinate end-to-end cash management client onboarding
• Develop contact strategies with Relationship Managers
• Provide advice on emerging business issues
• Present solutions and refer broader advice needs

Requirements:

• Five or more years in commercial or corporate banking sales
• Strong cash management product and industry trend knowledge
• Proven client advice, sales, and relationship management experience
• Demonstrated project, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication with MS Office proficiency
