Senior Treasury Solutions Manager

As Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions, you will support RBC’s Treasury Solutions Corporate Coverage team. Manage complex commercial and corporate portfolios through cash management advice, relationship development, and sales planning. Guide onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption of digital solutions while aligning recommendations with clients’ business and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships and revenue growth across complex client portfolios
• Lead end-to-end cash management onboarding as client contact
• Coordinate contact strategies and annual relationship reviews
• Provide advice on emerging topics affecting client businesses
• Present tailored solutions and refer broader needs to RBC partners

Requirements:

• Five-plus years in commercial or corporate banking sales
• Knowledge of cash management and deposit products
• Client advice, sales, and relationship management experience
• Project management, organization, and time management skills
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office or artificial intelligence proficiency
