Responsibilities- Build secure, reusable CICD components to enforce provenance and governance over the SDLC
- Integrate with existing developer tooling to automate information gathering
- Uphold high security and supply chain standards (NIST, SLSA, etc.)
- Direct customer engagement to capture requirements across teams
- Create training materials and workshops to support adoption
- Measure success of solutions using data-driven feedback for continuous improvement
- Proven experience as a technical team lead or senior engineer in DevOps, automation, and software development
- 5+ years in industry as a full stack developer (Java/JVM, TypeScript)
- Extensive DevOps experience including CICD, SLI/SLOs, and error budgets
- Strong automation experience with GitHub Actions, Terraform Enterprise (TFE), Ansible or similar scripting
- Experience with orchestration tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins; familiarity with ArgoCD and Tekton is a plus
- Cloud expertise in Kubernetes and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
