Senior TypeScript Engineer — Shape Architecture & AI Flow

Moonshot Partners is hiring a Senior TypeScript Engineer to join a Brighton-based product company building its first internal engineering team. You’ll be hands-on with the product, shaping architecture, technical direction, and coding standards from day one.

You’ll own complex problems, mentor others, champion AI-assisted development workflows, and help define how the engineering function grows, with a hybrid onsite pattern (3 days a week in the office) and real influence from inception.
