Senior UC & CC Solutions Architect & Team Lead

Charterhouse Group seeks a Team Lead for Unified Communications & Contact Centre professional services to own design, deployment and migration projects across Anywhere365/AnywhereNow and Dynamics 365 CC. You will engage customers from presales to delivery and support, while mentoring a team of consultants and engineers.

You will drive performance, manage resources and ensure high-quality designs and documentation, with occasional out-of-hours work to meet client needs and project deadlines.
