Build scalable trading interfaces with Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript as a Senior Application Developer on Citi’s Rates Technology team. Collaborate globally across technology and business teams.

This senior position focuses on designing, developing, and implementing application systems supporting Rates trading. You will analyze systems, translate trading desk requirements into user centered interfaces, and deliver robust software solutions. The work spans UI architecture, APIs, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable Web UI architecture for trading applications
  • Translate Rates desk workflows into efficient UI designs
  • Write high quality code and conduct comprehensive testing
  • Deliver complex technology projects through deployment
  • Provide third line production support for escalated issues

Requirements:

  • Six or more years of professional development experience
  • Expertise with Angular, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, TypeScript, and RxJS
  • Experience integrating streaming feeds and RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of Kafka, Solace, MongoDB, and Kubernetes
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred
