Key Responsibilities: • Lead a POD of 2-3 RPA developers for automation projects • Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure best practices • Collaborate with client developers for knowledge transfer • Design UiPath workflows for complex business needs • Coordinate with Business Analysts for project requirements
Requirements: • 6+ years in UiPath development and architecture • UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect certification • Proven track record of delivering 50+ automations • Strong background in financial services or customer care automation • Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator deployment
