Senior UKG Kronos Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced UKG/Kronos Workforce Central consultant/SME to support our transition from Kronos Workforce Central to Human Capital Management (Dayforce preferred).

Key Areas:

  • We need someone who already knows Kronos and can hit the ground running.
  • Knowledge of timekeeping, work rules, roles, accruals, and WIM integrations
  • Ability to work with our current Kronos analyst for knowledge transfer
  • Support requirements validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing Kronos operations
  • Act as the Kronos SME/bridge with the Dayforce project team
  • Experience with system migrations/transitions is a plus
