CGI, Sparck UK’s Human-Centred Design centre, seeks an experienced researcher to lead end-to-end discovery and evaluation across complex products and services. You will translate strategy into hypotheses, design experiments, and turn findings into actionable evidence for senior stakeholders.

You will partner with clients and multidisciplinary teams, shaping research direction while coaching colleagues and strengthening practices within a collaborative HCD community.
