Senior UX Designer - Banking CMS Redesign & Discovery

Red Badger is seeking an experienced UX Designer for a six-month discovery project with a major UK bank. You will join a cross-functional team to explore the bank's CMS platform, run workshops, and shape recommendations to upgrade capabilities and redesign the platform.

You’ll lead design thinking and user-centred research, collaborate with product and engineering, and mentor stakeholders through workshops and reviews.
