As a Senior UX Lead Architect in our Holborn team, you will shape high-impact digital services for blue-chip clients. You lead design strategy, service design, and cross-functional collaboration, driving immersive omnichannel experiences. You will champion user-centered outcomes, mentor colleagues, and support proposals and pitches. This role offers influence across projects, metrics-driven delivery, and opportunities to elevate enterprise-grade digital solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead design efforts across projects and act as design representative in the organisation
- Lead pitches, presentations and support proposals; create project estimates and plans
- Advocate for users and clients, focusing on people, processes, and system improvements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver omnichannel, cross-device experiences
- Define key metrics and evaluate project success; manage deadlines
- Demonstrate proven design track record and agency experience in engagements
- Senior designer with 8+ years experience for blue-chip clients
- Roles include Senior UX designer, Senior Product designer, UX architect, or Service designer
- Experience with design processes, Agile, and Lean UX
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and across enterprise-scale services
- Proven ability to turn around wireframes quickly in iterative environments
- Design degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in design tools and technology awareness
- Leadership under pressure
- Clear communication and diplomacy
- Commercial awareness of design decisions
