Hubnest is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to lead research initiatives for its B2B SaaS products. You will conduct interviews and contextual inquiries with field operators, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and present personas and journey maps to C-level and product leadership.

You will partner with Product Managers to align research objectives with the roadmap, scale a reusable research repository, and validate market assumptions through large-scale surveys and usability
