Senior UX Researcher - Lead Insight-Driven Product Strategy

Awin is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead end-to-end research across our platform. You will plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize findings, and present clear recommendations to product, design, and engineering teams.

You will partner with product, design, data, and commercial teams, mentor colleagues, contribute to research operations, and help scale a mature insights program across multiple countries with hybrid/remote working options.
