Senior UX/UI Developer

In this role, you shape how Danaher associates interact with AI-powered products across the enterprise, turning complex AI workflows into intuitive, visually compelling experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end user journeys that drive measurable business impact at scale. You’ll build and maintain reusable design systems while championing user-centred research and iterative feedback. • Design and build intuitive, visually appealing user experiences for enterprise AI solutions to drive business outcomes
• Translate complex AI workflows into simple, trusted user journeys and visual experiences
• Collaborate with Stakeholders, Product Owners, AI Engineers, AI Scientists and Solution Architects to deliver end-to-end UX from concept to production adoption
• Develop reusable design systems, components, patterns and visual standards across the Enterprise AI Solutions portfolio
• Champion user-centred design through research, usability testing, and continuous feedback; communicate design intent clearly to developers

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise business applications with modern, intuitive UIs for desktop and mobile
• Expertise in user-centred design methodologies, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing
• Experience designing AI-powered, data-rich workflows and translating user needs into practical solutions
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and building reusable design systems/components
• Strong ability to communicate design concepts and visual requirements to engineering and influence stakeholders across business and technical functions
