Senior Verification Engineer

In this role you will verify complex digital hardware for AI and HPC applications, partnering with architecture, modelling, and RTL design to influence product quality from early stages. You will shape verification strategies, build testbenches, and drive automation to accelerate development. You’ll work in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment focused on high-performance silicon. • Develop and execute verification plans aligned to product specs and architecture
• Build and maintain verification environments and testbenches for complex digital blocks used in AI/HPC
• Create stimulus generators, functional models, checkers, and verification infrastructure
• Define, measure, and achieve functional and code coverage goals
• Perform RTL debugging and waveform analysis to resolve functional issues
• Collaborate with architecture, modelling, and RTL design teams to ensure alignment
• Contribute to specification reviews and architecture discussions for AI-focused silicon
• Drive improvements in verification methodologies, automation, and workflows
• Support adoption of software engineering best practices in hardware development

• Strong experience in pre-silicon RTL verification
• Ability to develop and execute verification strategies from specification to coverage closure
• Experience developing verification environments, testbenches, stimulus, functional models, and checkers
• Strong software development skills, preferably Python
• Solid understanding of digital hardware design concepts
• Ability to read, understand, and debug RTL in SystemVerilog
• Experience analyzing simulation results and debugging with waveform viewers
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
