Senior Wealth Financial Analyst

Shape Wealth reporting and forecasting at Sun Life from Waterloo King or Toronto York, using analytical insight to guide business decisions.

Reporting to the Director, Reporting & Analysis, the Senior Financial Analyst supports the growing Wealth distribution channel within Retail Advice & Solutions. The role combines management reporting, business planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Success requires finance partnership, relationship management, operational efficiency, and clear financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Wealth sales and income reporting
• Explain current and forecasted income drivers in QBR packages
• Support business, strategic planning, and forecasting processes
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting for management
• Implement process improvements and automation enhancing forecast accuracy

Requirements:

• Three or more years in Finance, Planning, or Business Analytics
• Degree in Business, Finance, or similar field
• Wealth or financial services business knowledge and experience
• Experience with Longview, Workiva, SAP, and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and relationship-building skills
