Senior Windows Linux Systems Administrator

Support critical systems at BMO Financial Group using Windows Server, Unix/Linux, and cloud infrastructure across production environments. Work from 4100 Gordon Baker Road while maintaining service reliability.

This Systems Administrator position typically requires 7-10+ years of IT or business experience. You will administer Windows and Unix/Linux environments, support AWS and Microsoft Azure, and develop automation with Python and Ansible. The work includes monitoring, service restoration, deployment, incident coordination, and production support for mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, security, and service levels
• Restore services and respond to production system problems
• Administer Windows and Unix/Linux environments
• Deploy applications and infrastructure using approved plans
• Troubleshoot on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of IT or business experience
• Strong Windows Server and Unix/Linux administration experience
• Hands-on Python scripting and automation development
• Experience with Ansible configuration management and orchestration
• AWS, Microsoft Azure, GitHub, and CI/CD experience
