We are a global technology business with a sizeable, established technology environment. We are hiring a Senior Windows Server Administrator to be our go-to escalation point for complex Wintel infrastructure issues. This is a hands‑on, office‑based role in Southampton, working on deep technical troubleshooting rather than routine runbook tasks. Current work includes a move from VMware towards Azure Local, alongside wider infrastructure integration across newly acquired sites. We offer a strong benefits package including up to 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, additional birthday and work anniversary days after probation, a 5% employer pension contribution, employee share purchase scheme, private medical cover, healthcare cash plan, Digital GP access, life assurance, income protection and critical illness cover. The interview process is two stages: an initial 30‑45 minute Teams call, followed by an onsite interview in Southampton.
