Overview
As Senior Workday HCM Analyst you will own end-to-end Workday HCM configuration, testing and deployment, shaping requirements with P&C, and driving bi-annual releases. You’ll lead reporting and data integrity, coach junior teammates, and ensure change governance is audit-ready. You will collaborate with the Workday team, the Tech Lead, and cross-functional partners to implement scalable HCM solutions that support the people strategy. This role offers influence over the Workday roadmap and global rollout initiatives.
Responsibilities- Partner with P&C to translate requirements into Workday-enabled solutions
- Design, configure and test complex HCM changes through to deployment and releases
- Own reporting suite and data quality, including board-level MI
- Coach HCM Analysts, review configuration, and shape best practices
- Maintain project and change documentation for auditability and handover
- 5+ years hands-on Workday HCM configuration across multiple modules
- UK Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking experience (depth in one or more)
- Experience with global rollouts or multi-national Workday tenants
- Advanced reporting, dashboards, and MI with data accuracy focus
- Senior stakeholder communication and ability to challenge requirements constructively
