Senior Workday Consultant

Vale Global is supporting a Canadian organization that is expanding its Workday HCM environment and requires a French-speaking consultant to support ongoing configuration and optimization work.

The role will focus on core HCM processes, business process improvements, and stakeholder support across a bilingual environment.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Acting as the functional SME across Workday Core HCM
• Supporting configuration changes and business process improvements
• Working with HR stakeholders in both English and French
• Assisting with post–go-live enhancements and system optimization
• Supporting data quality, reporting, and security updates
• Providing functional guidance across the HCM landscape

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience
• Strong hands‑on configuration across Core HCM
• Experience in post–go-live or optimization environments
• Comfortable working directly with HR leadership
