Senior Workday Consultant

Senior Workday Consultant required to join a major enterprise client on a long-term engagement, working 5 days per week on‑site in Manchester or Inverness.

You’ll support the ongoing operation, enhancement and optimisation of Workday, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Lead Workday enhancements and implementation activities.
  • Configure, test, validate and document Workday solutions.
  • Lead workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Investigate and resolve complex Workday issues.
  • Manage incidents, service requests and changes through ServiceNow.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer.
  • Support P1/P2 incidents as part of a shared on‑call rota, if required.

Workday Modules

Experience across Core HCM, Integrations, Learning, Talent & Performance, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Peakon, Journeys or Extend is highly desirable.

About You

  • Mandatory Workday Core HCM certification.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support junior colleagues.
