Senior Workday HCM Consultant – Core HCM & Recruitment

SoftNice UG is seeking an experienced Workday HCM consultant to provide post-production support and enhancements across multiple Workday modules.

You will document requirements, map processes, and implement best-practice configurations while leading client sessions and guiding team members.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality results, maintaining strong client relationships, and growing our Workday practice through knowledge sharing.
