Senior Workday & People Data Lead

Newcastle Building Society is seeking a People Systems and Data Lead to own the Workday platform and shape People technology across the organisation. You will lead a specialist team, drive adoption, and partner with IT, Finance and our AMS provider to deliver a connected ecosystem of processes and insights.

You will develop our people data, deliver high-quality reporting, and influence decisions that support business goals while continuously improving Workday to meet a growing organisation’s
