Senior Workday Platform Engineer

Design and optimize Workday solutions in a hybrid Toronto role, using integrations, security, reporting, and business process expertise.

As a Workday Platform Engineer, you will support critical HR, Finance, and business operations. You will configure platform capabilities, collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders, and influence platform strategy. Your work will strengthen data integrity, security, automation, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, maintain, and enhance Workday platform solutions
• Gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions with stakeholders
• Develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations
• Troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable performance improvements
• Support releases, governance, compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 5+ years supporting enterprise HRIS platforms
• At least 5 years of hands-on Workday experience
• 5+ years developing Workday integrations, reports, and business processes
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Workday certifications are considered an asset
