Senior Workday Product Manager

Lead Workday product strategy from Calgary, Edmonton, or Red Deer while managing enterprise priorities, roadmaps, and platform improvements for the AER.

The Alberta Energy Regulator seeks a Senior Product Manager to oversee Workday and related enterprise resource planning capabilities. You will translate business needs into product requirements, coordinate discovery and delivery, and balance value, risk, dependencies, operations, and sustainability. The role guides product practices across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Workday roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, and releases
• Lead discovery and planning across business and technology teams
• Coordinate delivery with platform, service, security, data, and vendor teams
• Monitor adoption, reliability, service performance, and stakeholder outcomes
• Represent Workday in governance, release, and vendor discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field
• Seven to ten years of related experience
• Enterprise platform, digital product, or business application experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, communication, and facilitation skills
• Workday or enterprise resource planning experience is an asset
