Senior Workday Product Manager

Lead Workday product strategy from Calgary, Edmonton, or Red Deer while managing enterprise roadmaps, priorities, and platform improvements. Full-time permanent employment supports cross-functional delivery.

The Alberta Energy Regulator seeks a Senior Product Manager for Workday and related enterprise resource planning capabilities. You will translate business needs into product requirements, coordinate business and technology teams, and balance value, risk, dependencies, and sustainability. The role also guides product contributors without formal supervisory responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Workday roadmaps and near- to mid-term priorities
• Lead discovery, planning, intake, and backlog activities
• Coordinate delivery across platform, security, data, and vendor teams
• Monitor adoption, reliability, service performance, and stakeholder outcomes
• Represent product perspectives in governance and release discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Seven to ten years of related experience
• Enterprise platform, digital product, or business application experience
• Experience managing roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, and releases
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, communication, and facilitation skills
