Senior Workday Reporting Analyst

Design complex Workday reporting solutions in Toronto, using advanced reports and calculated fields to support TD’s business decisions. This is an in-person work location.

As a senior Workday reporting developer and subject matter expert, you will build, test, implement, and maintain reporting solutions. The work requires Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, business objects, data sources, and complex calculated fields. You will collaborate with business, functional, and technology partners across Workday HCM and related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable Workday reporting solutions
• Develop Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Workday reports
• Build complex calculated fields across business objects
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Troubleshoot security, performance, and reporting issues

Requirements:

• Five or more years of relevant reporting experience
• Experience developing reports within Workday
• Advanced Workday report and calculated-field experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables
• Undergraduate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience
