At Huron, you will serve as a Senior Associate, integrating directly with clients while leading key projects. Your responsibilities will center around analyzing business requirements, collaborating on Workday implementations, and creating impactful presentations. You will also mentor Analysts and Coachees, developing the next generation of consultants within the firm.
Key Responsibilities: • Analyze client requirements and develop functional specifications • Lead Workday implementation for Procurement and Supplier Accounts • Conduct tests and troubleshoot issues for clients • Create compelling client-ready presentations • Mentor and develop junior team members
Requirements: • 3-5 years of Workday implementation experience • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Supply Chain Management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required
