Senior Workday Systems Analyst

As a Senior People & Culture Information Systems Analyst, this full-time remote position will focus on Workday configuration, system optimization, and enhancing client satisfaction by resolving complex issues and leading system enhancements across various Workday modules. Key responsibilities Lead the analysis, design, and testing of Workday enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications Develop, configure, and maintain EIBs to support efficient data loading and integration across systems Drive continuous improvement of Workday configuration and processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and system optimization Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple modules Expertise in Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, and strong proficiency in Workday reporting Proven ability to independently lead small-to-medium Workday initiatives from planning through execution Experience with EIBs and data loads across HR systems Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective, scalable solutions
