Senior Workforce Forecasting Analyst

Build forecasting models and workforce planning tools as a Senior Analyst supporting Walmart Canada stores in Mississauga, Ontario.

This position supports Workforce Planning managers with planning the right associates at the right time. You will refine forecasting models, align plans with enterprise objectives, and develop metrics. The role also communicates findings and supports action plans for store execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and enhance workforce forecasting models
• Align plans with enterprise objectives and targets
• Develop metrics measuring workforce planning success
• Recommend improvements from workforce data analysis
• Support store productivity and customer experience targets

Requirements:

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel
• Experience organizing data in spreadsheets
• Ability to analyze and interpret workforce data
• Age sixteen or older
