Senior Youth Support Lead - 2 on/4 off, Dumfries

The role involves leading a shift pattern of 2 on, 4 off with overnight sleep-ins, helping with school routines, meals, appointments and planned activities while ensuring a safe, caring environment.

You'll supervise staff, build trusting relationships, document records in an electronic system, and be the first point of contact for the team.
