Serverless Platform Engineer Resmed

Shape Resmed’s expanding communications platform with serverless AWS expertise, supporting email, SMS, and future healthcare experiences.

This Halifax Software Engineer role contributes across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. You’ll build scalable web services, expand platform capabilities, modernize existing systems, and partner with engineers, architects, product managers, and stakeholders. The hybrid team works onsite several days and remotely for the remainder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable platform capabilities beyond email and SMS
• Partner with technical and product stakeholders
• Improve code quality, testing, and automation
• Deliver reliable software across its lifecycle
• Share knowledge and support fellow engineers

Requirements:

• Four or more years of professional development experience
• Strong AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3 experience
• Hands-on serverless and database development experience
• Experience with deployment and production support
• Mentoring and constructive feedback experience
