Service Architect (Pre-Sales) – Managed Services

We are seeking an experienced Service Architect to join our pre-sales team and play a pivotal role in winning new Managed Services and Cloud opportunities.

Working closely with sales teams and customers, you will lead discovery workshops, design service architectures, develop compelling proposals, and create service solutions that align with client business requirements. You will be responsible for translating complex customer needs into scalable, commercially viable managed service designs and supporting opportunities through to successful handover.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Architect in a pre-sales, bid, or solution design capacity.
• Strong background within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Expertise in Service Design and Service Architecture frameworks (ITIL, SIAM, IT4IT, TOGAF).
• Experience producing service proposals, bid responses, and customer presentations.
• Knowledge of ITSM platforms, ideally ServiceNow.
• Location: ideally based within a couple of hours of London and willing to attend our London HQ at least once a week to work collaboratively with the Sales teams.
